1. How much does a rotation cost?
Our base rate is $10 per clinical hour.
Total cost depends on the number of clinical hours required by your program.
2. How is the payment structured?
We offer a two-step payment process:
Step 1 – 15% Down Payment
Submit a 15% deposit at the time of placement approval to reserve your rotation.
This ensures your spot and confirms your commitment.
Step 2 – Remaining Balance
Pay the remaining 85% before or during your rotation, depending on your program’s requirements.
*Payment plans are available through Klarna for the remaining balance.
3. Payment Plan Options
Students may split the remaining balance into monthly payments via Klarna.
Example: 200-hour rotation ($2,000)
Down Payment: $300
Remaining $1,700 → split over 4 months ≈ $425/month
Payment plans are optional but highly recommended for students managing multiple rotations or expenses.
4. How many clinical hours do I need?
Determined by your academic program and specialty.
Most Ohio NP programs require 500–750 total hours, broken into rotations of up to 200 hours each.
5. When is payment due?
Down payment: Due upon placement approval.
Remaining balance: Due before rotation begins unless using a payment plan.
*Students must confirm exact hours and schedule with their school before submitting payment.
6. What if my rotation is canceled?
If the rotation cannot be accommodated, a full refund of your down payment is issued.
Students are encouraged to submit placement requests early to secure availability.
7. Who verifies my clinical hours?
Your school or NP program provides hour logs and verification forms.
We sign off on completed hours according to program requirements.
Flexible payment options are available to support NP students completing rotations up to 200 hours. Fees are calculated per clinical hour at a base rate of $10, with a 15% down payment required to secure placement.
