By accessing or using this website and submitting a placement request, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. This website provides information about NP preceptorship opportunities and allows students to submit placement requests for clinical education in primary care and mental health settings. Submission of a request does not guarantee placement.

2. All placement requests are subject to review for availability and alignment with educational requirements. Most requests are reviewed within 14 business days. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on scheduling, specialty availability, and program requirements.

3. Clinical hour requirements are determined by the student’s academic program and specialty. Students are responsible for confirming required hours, rotation dates, and documentation requirements with their school prior to submitting a placement request.

4. Fees and Payment

Preceptor fees are calculated at a base rate of $10 per clinical hour.

A 15% down payment is required to reserve an approved placement.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to or during the rotation, according to the agreed payment schedule.

Payment plans may be available through third-party providers such as Klarna and are subject to approval by those providers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

If a placement cannot be accommodated, any payments made will be refunded.

Refund eligibility for student-initiated cancellations may vary based on timing and circumstances.

Failure to complete required documentation or meet school requirements may result in cancellation.

6. Students are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information

Meeting school and program requirements

Completing required documentation on time

Maintaining professional behavior during the rotation

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in termination of the placement. Participation in a clinical rotation does not create an employment relationship.
